Tracy is not just a talented chef; he’s a natural leader who believes in the power of teamwork and creativity in the kitchen. His experience as Chef de Cuisine at Coltivare in Ithaca showcased his flair for developing farm-to-table menus that delight the senses. Prior to that, he served as Executive Chef at Colletta Italian Food & Wine, where he led a vibrant team in a fast-paced environment, crafting delicious dishes with a touch of Italian flair.
