Exclusive Club Event January 26 / $70 Per Person

Join us for a special Tastings and Tapas club exclusive event on Thursday, January 26. We are excited to offer an amazing 5-course tapas style dinner paired with a variety of wines from current releases to library wines and barrel pulls. Vice President Lev Saltonstall and head Winemaker Matthew Denci will guide you and your party through each wine pairing. Please RSVP by purchasing tickets by Friday, January 20.

Course One:
Butternut squash risotto topped with toasted walnuts paired with 2021 Reserve Chardonnay (barrel pull)
Course Two:
Filipino style local pork belly fried to a crisp; served with a soy dipping sauce and paired with 2022 Semi-Dry Riesling (tank sample)
Course Three:
tender & flavorful local beef short ribs, deep fried to perfection; paired with 2021 Petite Sirah
Course Four:
Hoisin duck bao with cucumber and scallion; paired with 2012 Meritage
Course Five:
spiced apple trifle with cider granita and house made donut paired with 2022 Semi-Sweet Riesling (tank sample)
