The Barrel Room

Nestled inside our winery’s barrel room, Farm in the Willows offers an intimate winter dining experience. Warm wood, soft lighting, and a friendly, relaxed service style set the stage for seasonal, flavor-forward dishes inspired by New Americana and rustic Italian traditions. It’s the perfect pairing for our estate wines and craft beers — cozy, casual, and unmistakably local.

Meet Manuel Reynosо:

Manuel Reynoso is a Mexican chef with a degree in Gastronomy and over 15 years of professional experience. With a background that includes fine and farm to table restaurants in NYC, Cruise ships and 5-star hotels.

His cooking is deeply influenced by his travels and cultural explorations. Manuel has lived and worked across Mexico, USA, and Peru, where he learned local culinary flavors. His career aboard cruise ships allowed him to journey through the Caribbean, parts of Asia, the South Pacific, Oceania and South America. These experiences gave him firsthand exposure to global cuisines, shaping his food into a unique blend of authenticity, creativity, and modern technique.

In addition to his international experience, Manuel has trained in luxury hospitality settings, including the renowned Omni Hotels in Fort Worth, Texas, and Asheville, North Carolina. These 5-star establishments sharpened his skills in high-level banquet production, fine dining service, and guest-focused
excellence.

Currently based in Ithaca New York, calling it home for the past 2 years.


What We Do — Weekly & Private Events

We’re a cozy winter barrel-room restaurant that pairs Chef Manuel Reynoso’s New Americana with an Italian touch to our estate wines and local beers. We host everyday dining, community nights, and private gatherings—perfect for company parties, retreats, and intimate dinners.

Thursday

Bar menu & tastings: Casual cellar-bar service with flights, small plates, and standard tasting options. Thursday evenings rent the Barrel-room for company parties, retreats, and bespoke private dinners (by reservation).

Friday

Trivia + Fish Fry & Bistro Dinner: Afternoon fish-fry comfort food and family-friendly offerings; evening trivia and a relaxed bistro menu.

Sunday Brunch & Bingo

Bingo & Football: Daytime bingo and game-viewing specials; casual plates and shareables for groups.

Surrounded by oak barrels and glowing bistro lights, our Barrel Room features high-top tables, a cozy stage in the corner, and the bottling line visible in the background — a unique, welcoming space perfect for intimate dinners, lively events, and everything in between.
