Premier Wine Club

Based on when you signed up for the wine club, you will receive a quarterly wine club order from us. For example, if you signed up in January, your shipment schedule would be April – July – October – January. Refer to the graph above for your curated schedule.

We curate a quarterly selection for you to give you a starting point. This is completely customizable and “user choice” and can be changed by logging into your account or sending us an email at premier@treleavenwines.com.

To keep things consistent, we process the first Monday or Tuesday of every month. We send out an email two weeks prior to the processing date to ensure enough time to make your selection updates.

We understand that things happen. If you lose track of time and forget to make your selection after your card is charged, we have options to help you out. For our pick up members, we will exchange and refund the difference if needed at the time of pickup. For shipping, you must get in touch with us before shipment leaves the winery. Please note that refunds for wine club processing take 4-7 business days.

For our pick-up members, your wine club shipment will be ready in the Tasting Room the following Friday after the processing date. We ask that you pick your shipment up within that month.

For our shipment members, your package will be sent out the following Monday after processing. It is important that any changes be made prior to the package leaving the winery. All shipments must be signed by someone who is 21 years of age.

We get it. You probably have a 9-5 job and aren’t home to sign for your shipment. That’s why we can ship somewhere that is convenient for you. We suggest your work address or your local Walgreens.

Upon signing up, you commit yourself to at least 4 shipments (1 year). If you decide to cancel before then, there will be an early cancellation fee ($25) per order.

You are responsible for terminating your membership.
